RECRUITMENT

The sisters of Omega Phi Alpha invite you to join Rutgers University's Professional community! At Rutgers University, Omega Phi Alpha participates in informal recruitment during the Fall and Spring semesters. We are looking to recruit individuals who will dedicate themselves to our cardinal principles of leadership, friendship, and service. At OPhiA, sisters will find their family away from home, make friendships that last a lifetime, challenge themselves by tackling leadership roles, and most importantly, help others. Membership in Omega Phi Alpha opens doors to incredible opportunities throughout your time at Rutgers and after graduation!

Being a member of OPhiA is a lifetime commitment to sisterhood with strong, talented, and driven young women. Our sisters are highly motivated in their academics and extra-curricular activities, as seen with our members involved in the Rutgers Performing Dance Company, Dance Marathon, Global Brigades, Honors College, University Choir, Rutgers Amnesty, cultural/professional organizations, and more! During the 2021-2022 school year, our organization also obtained the highest overall GPA within the Rutgers Panhellenic Council.
